Bellis Fair Mall - Meridian St, The central shopping mall has all the favourite shops you would expect including Sears, JCPenney, Bon Marche, Target, and Mervyn's. There is also a 6 screen cinema, a food court and you will not go hungry or thirsty.

Village Books - 1210 11th St. An institution in Bellingham. The many rainy days bring the punters in to this double story shop, with it's popular Colophon Cafe. Sundays are often devoted to book readings and discussions.

Old Town Antique Mall - 427 W. Holly St. For the antique lover, this 38 shop mall might be a great place to discover that bargain, or just browse around the friendly little outlets.There are plenty more shops in the same street of the antique type.

Rhododendron Cafe - Located at the southern end of Chuckanut Drive at 5521. Don't be fooled by the outside as a look at the great menu will give you an idea of what to expect. Local dishes are transfused with flavours from around the world. Surprisingly most of it works and the locals love it.

Colophon Cafe and Deli - 1208 11th St, Located in the village bookstore and an old favourite of the many customers. They welcome you to sit and browse through a book over your snack (Watch out for the crumbs and don't attempt 'War and Peace')

Anthony's - 25 Bellwether Way, This popular chain of seafood restaurants are well liked throughout Seattle. Waterfront dining in style overlooking the marina. The local speciality is Salmon and is served in several ways here.

Pacific Cafe - 100 N. Commercial St, This busy restaurant is in the Mount Baker Theatre complex and would serve well on it's own. Mediterranean style dining with an Asian slant. So it's perfect for before, after or instead of the show.

Wild Buffalo - 208 W. Holly, Downtown club that is smoke free and is very popular for the blues (Especially if you are a smoker), country and rockabilly. Enjoy a relaxed night in a place that you can hear each other speak and listen to good music.

Boundary Bay Brewing Co - 1107 Railroad Ave, A great place to unwind after a weeks work. The huge beer garden is open in the Summer and they sometimes hold concerts on the stage or parties. The tap room is the place to sample their home brewed ales while listening to live music.

Elephant & Castle Pub and Restaurant - at Bellis Fair Mall. Enjoy a drink here while you are shopping in the mall. They host a comedy evening on Sunday nights, and the vibe is fun always.
