Turtle Bay Exploration Park - 800 Auditorium Drive. This is a great place to take the whole family on a fun day out, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The 300 acre park has a lot to offer its visitors, with Turtle Bay Museum; Visible River Aquarium; River Lab; Resources Gallery; Exploration Hall; James and Pamela Koenig Art Gallery; Paul Bunyan's Forest Camp; a forest playground; a maze; the Millhouse; the Forest Amphitheatre; Interpretive Forest; and the Butterly House.

Logan's Roadhouse - Hilltop Drive. This roadhouse is the place to go for a traditional Amercian dining experience. The roadhouse is very popular with locals and tourists alike. They serve a wide range of American food, from burgers to sandwiches. This is a great place to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Redding Bars & Clubs
CR Gibbs - Hilltop Drive. This bar is located in the Best Western Hotel, and is one of the most popular with tourists to Redding. This is a great place to sit back, relax and have a few drinks after a long day's worth of sight seeing around town.
The Sports Bar - 329 Lake Boulevard. This is one of the best bars in town and is very popular with a mixed crowd of locals and tourists. There are a number of activities on offer, including pool; darts; and table soccer. The bar alsohas a big screen TV, which shows live sporting activities everyday.
