Brazil Quarry Park Kent Way. This park is a great place to go to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The park has a play area; a creek; a number of walkways; and a children's playground. One of the main attractions of the park is the butterfly garden that was built and designed by students of the Mount Diablo School District.

Concord Boulevard Park - Concord Boulevard. This beautiful park is another great place to take the family for some fun and relaxtion outdoors. The park is filled with trees and has a number of facilities, including walkways; a children's play area; picnic tables; and an amphitheatre, which hosts a number of community events throughout the year.

The Old Hangout 1950 Concord Avenue. This is one of the most popular bars in town, and has been frequented by a mixed crowd of locals for many years. Tommy T's Comedy Club 1655 Willow Pass Road. This is a great place to go for a fun night out on the town. The club is very popular with a mixed crowd of locals. Here you can sit back, have a few drinks and laugh till you cry. The club hosts the best stand up comedians in town every night of the week.

Bourbon Street Bar 2765 Clayton Road. This is another excellent bar in town, and is very popular with locals and tourists under 30. This is the place to go if you're looking to have a fun night out, while mingling with the locals. Here you can sit back, have a few drinks or get down and boogie on the dance floor.
