Hamilton Parks & Gardens

Royal Botanical Gardens - The garden is situated on 680 Plains Road and consisits of more than 1241 ha of botanical paradise. The garden is equipped with a magnificent rock garden, an arboretum and a spectacular Centennial Rose Garden which houses the most beautiful and interesting range of roses. The garden is also equipped a spectacular Cafe, which offers a wonderful selection of light dishes to quench your appetite.

Battlefield Park - The park is situated on 77 King Street and is the site of the Battle of Stoney Creek in 1813. The park features a museum which dates back to the 18th century , as well as a memorial which commemorates the 100th anniversary of the battle. There are also numerous designated picnic areas available.
