Whether you choose to relax in the indoor pool & spa, gliding across the skating rink, toning up at the fitness center or taking in the sites on a horse-drawn sleigh ride, you are sure to find your escape at this resort. Nearby Benzie County is graced with small town charm and many scenic delights, plus plenty of local shops and eateries. For more cultural experiences, visitors can take a day trip to nearby Kelowna, and visit the Kelowna Art Gallery or the Kelowna Museum, both guaranteed to provide you with hours of interesting entertainment.

Visitors can choose from casual fine dining at the Wild Flower Restaurant, featuring a wide selection of pasta, steaks, seafood, sandwiches and a full children's menu, or eat-in or take-out deli style hot subs and pizza at the Little Betsie Bistro At Crystal Cantina visitors can enjoy great Mexican food and drink, and Center Slice offers another mid-day dining option on those busy ski days. Enjoy pizza, salads and fast food fare with a large screen TV area. Just 20 minutes from Crystal Mountain, Over the Rainbow B & B, is the best place to stay. They serve a tasty Japanese breakfast, and accommodation can be rated as 5star.
Crystal Mountain Resort is only a 15-minute drive from Westbank, with impeccably groomed and maintained slopes, offering breathtaking views of the Betsie Valley and beyond. It is a great beginner and family destination with an excellent kids learn to ski program, and by far the best mountain to teach your children how to ski or snowboard. The resort has a range of programs for all types of skiers, specializing in clinics for children, women, and seniors. Pick your challenge from Crystal Mountain's 45 slopes, ranging from gentle, winding slopes to drop-jaw mogul runs. All serviced by a double chair and two T-bars, and are equipped for day and night skiing. Snowboarders are welcome on all 45 slopes. In addition, there are designated terrain areas with a wide array of hits and a new halfpipe, plus a great line-up of events all winter long. This friendly, family-oriented resort is a great destination for skiers and snowboarders alike.
