This is the best value, 3 star hotel in central, downtown Puerto Ordaz. Look no further. It doesn't have internet access, but it has a great pool, clean bed and ensuites, hot water, a small outdoor eatery and 6 great restaurants nearby. And it's in a safe neighbourhood, unlike the others.
