Go in the morning! This was our 2nd time to Aguas Caliente and Machu Picchu. The first time we got on the bus to MP right after we arrived and spent the afternoon there. This time, we relaxed and took in the town, then got up early and took the first bus up. That is defitnitely the way to go!!
