This really was a nice hotel. The rooms looked nice and i must say that the pool & bar just invite you to drink a nice cool beer. Its really in the heart of the city. A bit cliche maybe, but the staff and service were excellent here. I would sure recommend this hotel if you visit Chiclayo.

Top Local Tips for Chiclayo

Great restaurant off the gringo circuit A Peruvian friend tipped us off to a fantastic restaurant called Fiesta, way out from the center of town and definitely off the gringo circuit. I think we paid about USD 80 for a meal that would have easily been USD 200 at home. This place could hold its own against fine dining establishments anywhere else in the world. There is also one in Lima.
