Good Facilities, Terrible Service

The Hilton has a good central location and very nice dining facilities and bar. But the service is atrocious. I had problems throughout my stay, ranging from wake up calls that didn't happen, to room service meals that arrived cold and late, to a credit card machine that wasn't working at check out. The solution to the last problem was to send me with all my luggage (they couldn't find the Bell Captain and no one else was allowed to take the bags) to an ATM machine. Which wasn't working. So I had to wander around until I found one which worked and almost missed my flight out. Quito's a nice town. It has plenty of hotel options. I'd stay elsewhere.
