Top Local Tips for Cartagena

Things to do Some fantastic night clubs and bars; but passing the evening in the myriad of squares is a great way to relax. Had some great sea food at Club de Pesca, La Bonga for the Carne, La Vitrola for Italian. Mr Babilla for my version of Merengue. If a single man wearing a kilt, expect to get married within 12 months.

All restaurants Absolutly all restaurants in Down town were amazing, and the prices were from U$ 12 - U$ 30 per head.

A fantastic restaurant Have lunch at Donde Socorro on Calle Larga, one of the best restaurants in Cartagena serving traditional Colombian Caribbean food (lots of fish!). Do lunch as the atmosphere for dinner is not as good. If you want something more formal for dinner try La Vitrola. Do NOT eat at Club de Pesca, which is overpriced and over-rated.
