Plaza Santo Domingo - Overpriced tourist trap Cartagena is already one of the more expensive destinations in Colombia (but still well worth the trip) If you want to pay through the nose, have a drink or mediocre meal at or around the Plaza Santo Domingo. Great values and delicous food can be had just a few blocks away in one of the many restaurants. Try El Bistro or the new Restaurante Casa Suiza.
