Too far from town but does have stunning views

We had lunch here but didn't stay. Its perched on rocks overlooking the sea. Looks to be a very comfortable hotel with modern facilities. Lunch has great overlooking the ocean.The only thing about this hotel is it along way from town or any cafes, restuarant, nightlife. Although a bus does run regulary up and down coastline. Stay at Cap Ducal you will not be disappointed. Its approx 1hr 20mins walk to town and about 10mins to the actual beach.

Top Local Tips for Vina Del Mar

A little bit of Miami Beach in Chile Vina del Mar is bigger than I had guessed. Lots of people doing lots of thing. The main drag through town is very busy with cars, pedestrians, street performers and stray dogs. Concentrate on your driving! Valporaiso is nearby and am glad we visited there but also glad we stayed in Vina on the water. Also glad we didn't stay in the dozens of highrises right downtown but had a hotel that was a little out of town (on the way to Renaca).
