I have not stayed here myself but have used this hotel for some time to book visiting speakers to an annual conference here, so I know it well. I would say it is a top-end three star hotel. It is family run and someone from the family is always there if needed. The rooms are pleasant and clean though not large. The included buffet breakfast is very good. The staff do not speak much English but go out of their way to understand and help. The hotel has its own van which can be hired for visiting tourist sights or for picking up at the airport (though I would recommend an official taxi from the airport for this). The hotel is in Las Condes, about three blocks from the metro and on a street lined with every sort of restaurant. The only downside is the very small public seating area in the lobby, but they can serve you an excellent pisco sour there. It is a good hotel for people wanting to spend less than a large chain hotel charges and still want comfort and a nice atmosphere.
