| Don't stay here during cold weather! |

If you enjoy cold showers and cold rooms during zero and 3 degree Celsius minimum temperatures, this is the hotel for you. This hotel seems to have a policy of constantly turning off the hot water to the bathroom and the radiator heaters. Also, most of the staff are either eating or playing computers games at the reception desk. Not a good look to guests. |

| This is the best if you want to Rest |

Very good hotel, nice people.
Prices are very good for what they give you.
The food is even better.
Try the restaurant it is one of the best in the whole lake district, and the prices are more than acceptable. The chef himself welcomes you in the restaurant and offers you exactly waht you want.
We tried the WAGYU (japanese beef) which was superb.
I recommend this hotel to all people who loves nature and look for a rest while traveling thru Chile.
