Service is first class in every respect. I have stayed at the Rayon on five separate occasions and the staff have been superb without fail. During one stay in particular, one piece of luggage was badly damaged by the airline somewhere in transit between Sao Paulo and Curitiba. The Hotel reception staff contacted the airline daily for almost 3 weeks tracking progress on my claim, until the airline compensated me for the damage. Other than explain the problem to the hotel staff upon my arrival, I had to do nothing else - they resolved the issue on my behalf and provided me regular status updates.
