Too far from downtown

Nice simple hotel, great attention, but with several problems: 1. It's located too far from downtown. No commercial activity nor restaurants are near this hotel. You should walk at least 10 blocks to reach some activity. 2. Noisy. It's quite difficult to sleep after 7:30 because people speaks loudly with no respect at all. 3. Bad quality of some supplies, like soap and sanitary paper. It has a nice park and swimming pool, but you should go in summer to use them. Very good attention from hotel employees, also.
