I arrived at the hotel with my printed reservation and was told that they are sold out and I could not stay there. Very disappointing! With some persistence, I was able to convince the staff to find another hotel nearby where I could stay.

A nightmare!
The room was supposed to have a Queen bed as advertised, but they only have Double beds at Park Chateau Kempinski!!! The maid didn't clean the room, we had to complain because it was more than 6:30 PM and even the bed was not done! The restaurant on the ground floor....better go eat at another place, because there is not personnel to take care of the guests!! And the security guards: too many for my taste, for NO REASON! This hotel must have paid to have 4 stars, they should have only half a star!
