The desk staff is impolite to the point of rudeness. View from room was an inner roof with litter. Any complaint or request was ignored. There was a serious theft in the lobby at 10:30 at night that was dealt with poorly by the hotel. One surveillance showed a man and woman as theives but the one camera that would have shown faces was mysteriously off or not working.Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Worst hotel in the world

The staff is dishonest and rude. They don't even have real AC. They lie and say they are going to take care of stuff in the room and then don't. For a "real" room, they will charge you more. The bathrooms are disgusting. There were bugs in my room. You are better off sleeping on the streets than this hotel.

Missing money

I stayed at the Panamericano in BsAs 2 years ago and when I recieved my credit card bill the was a suspicious charge of 1700 pesos dated the day of my arrival. I stayed 3 days and payed for that period but even though I have taken the receipts to the hotel I have not yet received any payment. Has this happened to anyone else? The 1700 pesos just unexplainable. Can you explain?
