The carnevoir's delight (parrillas) Have at least one go at their world famous parrillas (open grills) where you can get a complete dinner with wine and dessert for a bit over $10 per per. I had the bife del lomo (tenderloin), which was cooked to order (medio). But make sure you tell them how you want your steak cooked; otherwise, they have been known to overcook the meat. Also, make sure you are really hungry, the portions are huge.
