Classic building at a central location near Callao station of subwayline D. Nice staff and clean hotel. Not all rooms have windows and there's no airco, which makes it very hot in summer even though here is a noisy ceeling fan. Bed and bathroom are oke; everything is clean and works properly. It wasn't clear where the emergency was. There is one, but it must be hard to find when a fire breaks out. The price includes a small continental breakfast, but that's served in a nearby restaurant in Viamonte street. It was not really bad considering the price we paid (38 pesos). We negotiated that price in summer and I saw on their website that the offical price for that room is now 65 pesos which is too much.
