Not a good advert for the ICH brand!
This was not value for money and in my opinion, the hotel doesn't deserve the 5 star rating. The location is central but in the run down, downtown fringe. The concierge and door staff were great but the balance of the staff did not impress. The Hotel was in a tired state of repair and other than the main foyer, rough around the edges. Overall - a disappointment!
