Top Local Tips for Buenos Aires

Visit the Senor Tango There isn't much to see or do if you don't speak Spanish here. Almost no one speaks English and it makes it difficult to find your way around or find out about the local attractions. However, your hotel will have a "tour" list and although these are WAY overpriced it may be the only way to get around to learn something about Buenos Aries. The Senor Tango is a MUST. The Buenos Aries All Day Trip is another good one. There is a Tigre River Boat and Train Trip which is ok, but there is no commentary and alot of riverside houses to sail past. Another definite must is the Colony Uraguay day tour. You get the Burquebus Ferry Boat to the Colony of Sacramento in Uraguay and it's a little touch of Portugal as soon as you land. The cobblestone streets, the cafes, the waterside and the beautifully painted quaint houses make it so special. If you like old Europe, you'll love Colonial Uraguay!
