Service's ok but don't expect too much

This was the third time we went there. The first two times we got a nice room. The last one we didn't. The room we got had some humidity on the walls and my girlfriend found a huge cockroach in the bathtub. This time the people attending there weren't as friendly as they were before but I guess that happened because the hotel was really busy and they were going crazy.
