Overall, the hotel and its staff were very good. On-going remodeling slightly diminished from our experience, but nevertheless acceptable. It appears that management attempted to cover the interior scaffolds with black cloth to blend with the interior colors.
From a staff perspective, Ariel, Leonardo, Juan Angel, the trainees, and others were very competent and amiable.
I enjoyed the idea of having a fifteen minute free session on the Internet. This was a nice feature for those who want to quickly check their messages or send important business messages. It should be pointed out that the guest should be made aware that it is a free DAILY fifteen minutes session for guests. The note issued to guests simply states "free 15 minutes". Please check with Ms. Jenny Lichtenstein for additional comments. She is a vital cog in your hotel business.
