I made a reservation to stay at this hotel a few weeks before my trip. My reservation was confirmed by phone, but as soon as I arrived, tired of such a long trip, I was informed that I wouldn't be able to stay at this hotel because the room wouldn't be emptied for another day or two. Apparently in this hotel they allow people to overstay in their rooms disregarding any other confirmed reservations. The hotel staff unilaterally decided that I should stay in another hotel far away from the city center, and less adequate for my needs. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be sure that their reservations are saved for the time needed. |
