Be careful using the valet parking service here. Our vehicle was badly damaged when one of the valets attempted to park it. A rear window was shattered and there was extensive scraping to the rear driver's side. To the hotel's credit they did offer to put it right!! Also worth mentioning is the service in the restaurant. We were brought out a meal and the waiter had absolutely no idea what it was. After a couple of guesses we managed to discover its true identity!

Good accommodation, handy for town centre and port. Restaurant OK, but spoilt by amateur service. They did take complaints seriously, though.
