Terrible Service
My partner and I stayed here in summer on a particularly hot day. Firstly, after attempting to cool a bottle of wine we realised the fridge did not work - at all. Secondly, the air conditioning unit didn't work either. Duty staff was incompetent and after many attempts at getting some kind of resolution we were told they couldn't do anything about it and would give us a measly $10 discount. We were assured that the manager would be in touch to discuss the poor service... Never heard from her. DON'T STAY HERE!!
