Terrible room, unfriendly staff

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in (Cargills Hotel Dunedin ). The room was very shabby and in dire need of redecorating and refurbishing. The staff were unfriendly and disinterested. We were very glad we only had to endure it for 1 night. We wouldn't have stayed any longer.
