in Rotorua (anything BUT
Broken bathroom window, spa broken...staff IGNORED me when I notified them! They never listened to me when I requested NO MINI BAR or 'extra' services to be charged to room..they demanded a 'damage' deposit...I gave them $100 cash...when I checked out after no 'damage' they KEPT $3 of MY money! after fabricating a 'local telephone' usage fee of $3 for 2 calls which I NEVER made! manager named 'SHAH' was most unreasonable and I feel I was CHEATED..I would advise UTMOST CAUTION to anyone contemplating staying at HERITAGE 'QUALITY' in Rotorua.... VERY bad experience...shoddy
