Appalling service
Reminded me of service in the 1980s in NZ: Terrible. Everything from checkin to the bar and room service was a nightmare. The staff have no idea what customer service is (obviously poor management in the extreme). Our stay was ruined by a shabby establishment in a great location with huge potential. Don't spend your hard earned money here if you expect to relax and enjoy a cheerful atmosphere.
