Good service
We had a 2 night stay in IC king spa room. Lovely room and spa bath. Pool and health spa facilties excellent. Executive lounge with complimentary drinks very relaxing with good service. Atrium breakfast has great selection although waiters very slow with tea/coffee. Room service phoneline operators were not at all helpful when our room had not been cleaned - we had to wait till 7 pm for our room to be cleaned! Check-in/out v quick. Will definately return.

Terrible
Unfortunatley this was terrible from beginning to end!! Booked online on the Priority Club website, all good. Called to enquire about extra night stay was quoted price and decided it was too expensive. Arrived at Burswood Priority Check in to a lady who did not remove her eyes from the computer screen and proceeded to tell us that we had booked two rooms (they thought when we enquired about another night that we were somehow booking another room?? No - only one King Club Room. Had to wait for that to be sorted 30 minutes - their mistake. Room view over car park with great spa but old furniture and loud television heard until 2am next door. Went to Burswood for the Kylie concert, Gold reserve tickets but couldn't see show or screens!!! I have never seen so many people leave a concert. Asked for late check out but told I had to call the next morning to ask for it. Called next morning but told no (even as a Priority Club member).
