Value for money when travelling with a family. These apartments are well presented at a reasonable price. Took a while to decide which property to book. They have two locations, some apartments in the heart of the city and also apartments in South Yarra. Due to our short stay in Melbourne we decided on Darling Towers on Collins. Great Location - right in the heart of he city. Two bedroom apartment is sufficient- more a hotel type situation with kitchen and lounge room & 2 bedrooms. As we are mostly out of the apartment, size was not the main requirement - location was. Price was very affordable. Took advantage of early bird booking special and booked the apartment when we booked the flights. at $45 per head for 4 people it proved to be better than squeezing into a hotel room. While not the top of the line property, they did not misrepresent, as provided a clean comfortable room at the right price. Staff were friendly. Overall I would recommend if you are looking for reasonable priced accommodation. If you want 5 star they do not compete (come close to some I have stayed at), but that is not the market they are looking for.
