This was my partner's treat for my birthday. Big mistake. This place is over rated for what it is worth. It appears that this place leans and provides all the service for functions. If you are on a package, think twice if you expect service. They have got your money in advance and you are just a number. The service will come your way when the staff are ready. The prices in the restaurant are very expensive. The property is close to town. The room was small and a dungeon with a ceiling fan. No air-con. You can compare it to a Motel. The pool was not clean and had leaves at the bottom. On arrival you are taken to your room and no info is given. There was no drinking water provided that we knew of in the room except in the bar fridge which you have to pay for. I have not experienced such appalling service in any other Resorts or Hotels that I have checked into.
