The hotel is a pile of rubbish. It looks nice but Over billed, poor service, poor quality of food. Don't be fooled by the facade

I got an inexpensive Internet rate, so I wasn't expecting much. I was wrong. It was a fabulous hotel. We arrived before check-in time, but the desk clerk realized we were jetlagged and gave us access to the luxurious spa for free until the room was ready. The location was within walking distance to all the sites we wanted to see, including Darling Harbor. The breakfast buffet is first-rate. The hotel was busy but quiet. We stayed a week and had no complaints. The entire staff was warm and friendly.
