Great location and unique

During our 2 night stay at your hotel, we were very happy with the service, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff and breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Harbour Rocks Hotel Disgrace

Weekend Breaker

We specifically booked twin share accommodation which was stated in our booking as special request 5 mths in advance however when we arrived they only had double bed for brother & sister. The assistant manager was not helpful. We were given a foldaway which had an 8cm mattress which sank to the floor and a spring popped out of it. When we said that this was not acceptable the assistant manager stated that this is what we paid for. We have two seperate beds. For this we paid A$207.00 per night. Five months later we are still not able to get 1 nights accommodation money refunded. Also the room we had for our first night had a bathroom which was extremely dangerous. The Shower had no base so the water covered half the tiled bathroom floor and one could very easily slip when moving to the wash basin or toilet. The wash basin also had a glass shelf directly above it so that when you brushed your teeth or washed your face you would hit your head on the glass shelving. I would not rate...... Read more
