This motel was beautiful, The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful. It really has a fabulous air about it. The pools were clean and the food was wonderful.

The facilities at Francis Phillip are modern and clean, I found them to be some of the best facilities I have encountered in a regional motel. The continental breakfast is overpriced for the quality ($18.95) and room service charge is also excessive ($5). I took take-away to my 'serviced apartment' to find that the apartments contained no cutlery or crockery except for a teaspoon. The mini-bar is well stocked and offers a good variety - but the hotel staff make it as difficult as possible to bring outside food into the hotel by having no microwave or cutler and crockery. The staff had a complete lack of regard for customer service - I requested on two occasions not to have my towels changed, in order to save water and resources. On both occasions I was assured that towels left hanging would not be replaced - on both occasions fresh towels were put in the room. Upon being questioned, management offered the meek excuse that it was 'company policy'. My swipe card expired prior to my checkout date which was rather inconvenient. Our company will not be returning to the Francis Phillip. We like to support 'green' business', and those companies that uphold customer service as a priority - definitely not Francis Phillip.
