Excellent service, disappointing room (size)
The rating is because of the size of a room rated as "family". We are grandparents travelling with three grand children. We booked our family room in advance viewing it on the internet. It looked spacious enough. The room we were allocated was nothing like what is on the web page. There was a double, single and double bunk rammed into one normal size motel room. There was no room to move and certainly no room for children to be any where else but on their beds. In favour the room was very clean and equipped and when we requested a microwave it was supplied. It had excellent heating and is in a very central position in town (walking distance to local Club with excellent meals) The manager even dried off our wet clothes and returned them folded after a day in the snow. Just check out the room you will be allocated if you are booking in as a family. We felt ripped off!

Great Experience
Friendly staff, clean & spacious rooms & a quiet & beautiful location...... Room service - delivered promptly, hot & good value for money. Minor problem with suite with spa not working however were given 2 complimentary full buffet breakfast! :) Will stay again.
