Good breakfast Try the Bear Town restaurant just to the west of the Prairie Inn Motel on Bear River Drive.

go for a walk No matter what time of year, if the preserve/park is open, get outside and go for a walk. Also, the downtown is a quaint place to walk. I like that the shopping/wal mart... is on the other side of town. It is why I like this location so much. Not much over here!

Rustic Bear Town Restaurant This place is new and was delicious! Best chicken fried steak I've had in a very long time. My husband got a ribeye and it was big and delicious! Everything was good, great service and fast serving time. I think it might have been a block from the hotel, very convenient! The also serve breakfast and lunch, so we may eat there on the way out in the morning.
