Inconsistant. 2/3 good staff who were suprised to receive a tip!
Their website is false adverising. the room is old, run down, and I'm talking about a deluxe room. Paid no attention to details of my reservation, 2 people went out of their way to help me as I had to do all leg work just to get what I paid for. FOUR STAR HOTEL. No. Location great, but no work the $20/night saved to have stayed at a REAL 4-star hotel. I recommend the Quality Inn, Motel 6, at least you will get your money's worth and know to expect nothing. Valet? That would be the faux valet on his cell phone watching me getting my bags our of the car and then when I tried to hand him the keys, while he was engrossed on his personal cell phone conversation, he did not put the phone down, u just motioned to me to move my car to a spot 3 feet away. Rude, inconsistant, unoraganized, frustrating, and NOT a 4-star hotel. 2 or 3 -- MAYBE. when was the last time you wen to a 4 star hotel and the maid service left the bed cover on the floor and all of the dishes from BREAKFAST?1? the Al...Read more

Doesn't honor reservation's price
Made a reservation using the 50% Entertainment book discount (mentioned at time of reservation) and when we went to check in, they said they haven't honored that for weeks. So we cancelled the room before we found out that there was a huge convention in town that took over all the hotels in the area, and we had to cut our vacation short. The Warwick apparently thinks a few bucks (from milking conventioneers) is worth ticking off a few Entertainment book users. Definitely not 3 star material to me...pretty sleazy IMHO.
