Horrible Customer Service
Arrived at hotel at noon; confirmed 3 mo.old reservation, stored luggage & returned at 5pm to find NO reservation, NO room availability, NO help to locate substitute room for our stay. Manager would not come out of his office, front desk person was rude. I will NEVER stay at a Hyatt property again and suggest you don't either!
