Great location, nice hotel

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is amazing how your perspective changes depending on price. The first time we stayed at the Sheraton Towers was during the baseball All Star weekend a few years back, and we paid up ($300.00). This time we used Priceline and stayed for $100.00 plus tax.

For $100.00 a night, this place is a steal. It has a wonderfully central location. It is across the street from the monorail, the convention center, and some great shopping. The hotel itself offers very solid business class accomodations.

If you can get a price break, I'd definitely recommend the place.

outstanding property

Wonderful, comfy pillow top bed, large clean room. Worth upgrade to the club floor where from 5-7p.m. M-F you have an assortment of treats. Coupons given on the weekend for bref. buffet which is outstanding. Normal cost $20.00 pp. Location in the heart of upgrade shopping center but far from waterfont and long hilly walk to Pikes Market.

The Place to Stay in Seattle

I am very particular and I was very happy with our choice to stay at the Sheraton. Since I was working remotely while my husband was attending a convention we upgraded to a club room with a desk. This gave us access to a great continental breakfast and evening munchies. The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We walked all over town from here. Avoid the double decker Gray Line tour. Dinner at the Space Needle as the sunset was a splurge, but well worth it. Wild Ginger, McCormick and Schmicks, Top pot donuts, and skating along the sound helped to make it a great working vacation. I lived in Center City Philadelphia for 10 years and was still shocked by the number of homeless people in Seattle.

IMO: We are picky people, and require above-average accomodations. That is, the place must be clean, organized and professional, well located, and no crime problem. Sheraton Seattle delivered the goods. The room was clean and tidy, well-kept, the sheets were crisp, no mildew in the bathtub, ther sink handles were shiny new, etc. Check-in and out was uncomplicated. Parking faciliies were good. Location was superb, 1 1/2 blocks in off of I5. Five blocks walk to Pike Place market. Room service was good, and on-time too. They provide the usual wake-up service, complimentary coffee maker and coffee supplies, blowdryer (no iron and ironing board, though). No real disappointments that I can think off. No noise problem outside, no vagrants hanging around out. Would stay there again withour reservation.

Great Loacation

We stayed here for 3 night in June and it was great. The room was large and the stuff was friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of the shopping area, Pacific Place Mall and Pike Market.
And just one block away (at Briazz/5th Ave.) there you can have breakfast for less money. Space Needle costs 13$ p. person, so we didn't go.
We went to the Bank of America Tower Oberservation Deck for just 6$ (Floor 73) and it was great and it is higher than the Space Needle. Just 20min walk from the hotel. We would stay here again.

Big Room, Great Location

We just returned back from a three night stay at the Seattle Sheraton (6/24-27). We had a great rate from Hotwire even though its high season. Ask for a higher northwest facing room to see the Pudget Sound. The room was very large and nicely furnished but only had the computer chair and one chair with ottoman for seating (kept me from giving it an excellent rating). The Sweet Sleeper bed and its five pillows was great. The concierge service was excellent. The location was awesome. We walked almost everywhere. I would stay here again.

Sheraton okay

The room was large, nothing special about the bathroom, the location was great! Lots of shopping around, places to eat, and close to Pike's Market. The view from the room wasn't great. The maid insisted on cleaning our room while we were still in it. The hotel was very empty and we found out there were only 2 rooms occupied on our floor so it was very quiet! Parking was quite expensive.

We loved the Sheraton Towers in Seattle.

Great hotel with a great location. One of the nicest rooms with one of the most comfy beds I have been in. Located four blocks from the Pike Place Public Market and all the shopping, it was ideal. Go to the Furla store! Marla the manger is a doll. Lots of great places to shop and eat. The Athenian in the Market is very good. The Space Needle is cool, but go there for dinner to make it worth your while. The view is killer and the food is good too. The aquarium is an ok time too. But going back to the Sheraton, it is f%^&ing nice. They have a very nice staff too. Ask the concierge for coupons for any attractions. All buses that run in the downtown area are FREE, very cool. Also no need to rent a car, at least at the airport its too expensive, use the Gray Line Bus to get back and forth from the airport.p.s. Il Bistro is very nice and romantic restaurant.

I really enjoyed my stay at Seattle Sheraton. I Hotwired the room and asked for the $30 upgrade to the Club Level. The rooms were immaculate and well appointed. The business services available inthe room made for a seamless business experience. The staff was extremely nice and efficient. The breakfast on the 32nd floor Club Room was more than enough. Fresh fruit, good coffee and nice ambience. The location is minutes away from Pikes market. The workout facility is ample and up to date. The massage services are very good, professional and well priced at $75 for an hour. I would absolutely return.

Was just in Seattle for business, medical and pleasure. The Seattle Sheraton was a great place to make all 3 reasons easy and enjoyable.
The location is perfect for shopping, restaurants, medical community and the convention center. The in hotel restaurant is great and some other places nearby were outstanding also. We had a car but we really could have gotten along without it. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The hotel itself is outstanding, nice rooms and great service.

Top Local Tips for Seattle

Pikes market Stay out of that district after dark. There's a reason why all of the shops close up at 6:00 PM. There's a lot of street people in Seattle but they don't bug you much. I did see a couple of shouting and kicking matches though!

Free metro buses I learned that w/in the downtown area, the metro buses are free and very abundant running all days. Though I did not have the time to try the buses, they seem to run often and plentiful in terms of space.

Airport Shuttle We used the Graylline airport shuttle. It was on time, efficient and convenient. It picked us up right at the hotel, and comes by twice an hour.
