My first contact with the hotel was on the telephone arranging for my pick up from the airport. The operator was very concise in his instructions and the transport arrived moments later.
Welcome was warm at the hotel and there was a good feeling when entering the room - first impressions count!
Restaurant staff made me feel welcome and shared a few words of chatter during their busy schedule.
The hotel location is excellent - just a short walk to the airport where express busses ran frequently to the city at extremely reasonable prices. This made Seattle site seeing easy as well as convenient location to airport and Tacoma.
Good internet facilities enabled me to keep in touch with home.
The hotel offered me freshening up and changing facilities so that I could be ready for a late flight on my final day in Seattle.
