My first contact with the hotel was on the telephone arranging for my pick up from the airport. The operator was very concise in his instructions and the transport arrived moments later.
Welcome was warm at the hotel and there was a good feeling when entering the room - first impressions count!
Restaurant staff made me feel welcome and shared a few words of chatter during their busy schedule.
The hotel location is excellent - just a short walk to the airport where express busses ran frequently to the city at extremely reasonable prices. This made Seattle site seeing easy as well as convenient location to airport and Tacoma.
Good internet facilities enabled me to keep in touch with home.
The hotel offered me freshening up and changing facilities so that I could be ready for a late flight on my final day in Seattle.
Highly recommended.

ASK BEFORE YOU GET INTO A TAXI....YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY SOME If you are needing to get to the mall, or to the Space Needle, Waterfront, etc...I say the smellier the cab, the more honest the rate. DO NOT GET THE TOWNCAR TAXI's, who can't speak any english that you can understand until he has the meter up to 40 bucks and driving the long way....ask, ask, ask...It is frustrating...I had to replace a piece of luggage and it cost me $50.00 for the ride to and from..and the piece of luggage I got for $40.

Seattle Airport The good thing about this hotel was the shuttle service to and from the airport was great. The resturant next door to the hotel had good food and excellent service.
