Our room was a standard non-smoking room with two double beds as requested. It was clean and quiet. The only thing I didn't care for was the bathroom door opening right beside the bed!

Top Local Tips for Seattle

Olympic Sculpture Park The relatively new Olympic Sculpture Park is right on Puget Sound and within a short walk of the Space Needle (walking through an interesting older neighborhood - Belltown). What will probably become a symbol of the park, and the sculpture which stands out above the others is a huge orange-red Calder eagle. There are over 20 other sculptures, a bike and walking path, and places to sit as you walk through. Also a great view of Puget Sound.

Some of the best food to ever eat!!! We had some great affordable meals while on our trip. If you have a child and your looking for some where to eat that's family friendly and not Mc Donalds. Try Top Pot for breakfast and its right around the corner, try Pike Street Market for lunch and for dinner try Rock Bottom.

driving highway 99 through city was superior to the interstate which was bogged down with construction.
