| BEWARE! |

We had the misfortune of staying at this hotel while in transit from Seatac to our home in Canada.
We thought it would be an ideal spot to leave our vehichle and take a quick 5 hour sleep after our flight home.
BIG MISTAKE!
Not only did they lose our car key,which obviously was not kept in a secure place,but then had the audacity to say that they were not legally responsible for the safe keeping of our vehicle key.
One can certainly understand if a vehichle has been broken into, however when the estalbishment is negligent by losing a key...that is another story.
The Manager of the hotel was rude and condescending to say the least.
Other than paying for the replacement of the key,she refused to acknowlege their mistake.
We were charged for the full rate of the room and the full rate of parking, although we lost a full day in work(it took over 6 hours to have the key replaced) and had to pay for the re-coding of our spare key which was at home.

| Looked Like A Minimum Security Prison |

My husband and I were traveling with 2 children under age 2, thus the need for the suite. The outward appearance of this property was scary to say the least. I sent my husband in to check out the inside. 1) The room was NOT a suite as advertised and 2) the room was dirty and disgusting and stinky. I would never have put my children down on the floor to play not to mention sleep in the beds. Yikes. We left and went to another hotel. Luckily hotels.com gave us a full refund. |
