Horrible experience
Very unimpressed with the rooms and customer service. My family and I went to the room and it smelled so strongly of urine we could not even stay there. I went to the front desk to tell the clerk that it would not work out and she told me she could not refund my card even though we had only been there a total of 4 minutes! I asked if there was anything proving this information and she didn't have anything. She tried to show us another room and it also smelled horrible. I would not recommend this place for anyone. I tried to get a hold of the 'owner' multiple times at the motel only never to receive a call back. The only way I got my money back was to dispute the transaction on my card. Please view and ispect a room before giving any credit card information and stay at your own risk! Very sheisty and poorly run business.

Great prices, amazing location
The rooms were good for the price, singles with kingsize beds!! Who imagined that one up! We're used to getting a single room and being stuck with a queen size bed, that was amazing in itself. The bathrooms were recently remodeled too so the tiling was brand new, some of it didn't match but it looked very nice. The amenities were great, microwaves, minifridges, and coffee makers in every room! Also they're the only motel I've seen to have rooms with three beds, count them, 1, 2, 3!! Amazing for big families. Cable TV was cool for those boring times, HBO was useful, but the location was amazing for shopping and juse bee-boppin around town. Parks, restaurants, bars, shopping, and a hospital are within easy walking distance. The jacuzzi was huge and wonderful also! I would totally recommend this Motel to anyone, young or old, long stay or short stay!

Outstanding Service
The room was alright, the service however was marvelous. The motel is located in a nice, friendly neighborhood making the stay even more delightful as well. If you're looking for a good economical place to stay with ideal staff and location, definetly consider the Bali Hi Motel.
