Great Accommodating Hotel, Faulty Booking Agent
We were warmly received by the Hotel just 5 minutes from our meeting place. However we stood with several others who had to be "shipped" to another hotel as our booking agent over the internet had put us in smoking rooms. We ended up being wonderfully accommodated by another Red Lion Hotel but now a confusing and much longer commute. Red Lion was very gracious and gave us a generous discount besides great service for our inconvenience.
