Penguin Coffee - good way to start the day Penguin Coffee is not far from The Marina Inn. We stopped at Penguin on our way to the Washington State Ferry. Great coffee and a great start to the day!
Rock Fish Grill Definitely go here for a good cheap lunch. Got fish and chips with 3 pieces of fish, the sauce was good.
Whale Watching & Kayaking We had a great experience with Island Adventures Whale Watching. Once in Anacortes we called to arrange our whale-watching trip, and they got us a spot the next day. The marina was just a few minutes from our hotel (Marina Inn). We kayaked using the same company. Our family did the Deception Pass family kayak tour. We really enjoyed it, although we were not prepared apparel-wise.
