Unbelievable
Rooms were nasty, bugs, whole in ceiling in bathroom, dirty tubs, smelly, dirty carpet, whole in sheets, staff not to warm, manager needs training in customer service, person changing clothes in laundry room, noisy air conditioning unit and the list goes on and on.

Nice hotel
I have stayed in the hotel numerour times and i thought it was very nice. The pools were crystal clear and the staff was incredible. Although other reviews may not suggest the same, the rooms were kept clean, and about the pools again, i dont think people realize that they put chlorine in it to keep clean. I loved the hotel!!!

Disgusting
Rooms were filthy.
Pools slimy and algae ridden.
Staff not friendly.
No lifeguards and teens take over pool - too rough for small kids.
Don't waste your money -- too expensive

Coolest hotel at the beach!
Hi. I'm 12 years old. Me and my mom, dad, and brother stayed at this hotel last summer. We are staying here again this year. I love this hotel. Spongebob was everywhere! Me and my brother LOVED the lazy river. We always went backwards! The only complaint is the sink broke and we lost a small mirror my dad brought with us. Other than that it was great. Stay at this hotel. It's great!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms stunk of mildew and mold. The indoor poors are filthy and unless the kids have teflon eyeballs, don't even let them in it. The bleach fumes are very strong. Cheap chlorine obviously. There are holes in the walls of the rooms, some rooms have mirrors, working fridges and some don't. It's the luck of the draw. We changed rooms three times. They use PVC piping on the balcony - regardless of which floor you are on - and they are very loose and a safety issue.
