Will never stay here again.
My family and I have stayed here on numerous occasions, but will never stay here again. The service was lousy from the staff, if that is what you call them, and the property was not safe guarded with the safety equipment they had in place which did not work. Our room door had a dead bolt lock that was broken. We stayed 3 nights and on the last night the maintenance crew finaly came and fixed the lock. Our son and family stayed also across the hall from us and the clerk gave their door key to a perfect stranger who came in off the street. The stranger asked for the clerk to ring our son's room by phone, but instead was given the key to our son's and family's room. Some safe place to stay, huh?
We went down to the desk clerk and the night mamager to complain and they acted like it was no big deal.
I called several times to the front desk and also went down in person to tell them that the doors off the street on the back of the building and the door off of the pool area were not locked....Read more
