This is the 3rd anniversary we have stayed at the belvedere. We enjoy the relaxed feel of the staff and a personal attention to detail because it is not a giant hotel. The diner that is attached has a retro feel and the food is tasty. Get there early or you may wait for a seat. Stay often, we do every year now!!

Top Local Tips for Virginia Beach

The Wave Ride the Wave (public transportation jitney). It's cheap, and travels the entire length of the oceanfront streets. It can take awhile to reach your destination on crowded holidays and weekends, but enjoy the people watching on the way!

See it all Ride the trolly and walk Atlantic one night, all lite up with lots of activity, music and entertainment all up and down the street before settling in to one spot.

The Trolly Having the trolly is probably one of the best things Va Beach has done, you can park your car and ride everywhere you want to go. Its wonderful!! I recomend it for your vacation spot, they have done so much since I went last, its really family oriented now and lots of things see and do.
